Our beautiful bungalow has been carefully planned with thoughtful design – large windows, patio and garden overlooking the lake. Our home is easy to manage, cost-effective and kind to the environment.

Burton Waters offers a wonderful place to live and has a great feeling of community. Beautiful walks and all amenities are easily reached with bus and train transport, all on our doorstep.

The property we have bought is an ECO bungalow built to Passivhaus standards including air source heat pump. Such properties are extremely rare (certainly in this area) and so Arbor Living offered a unique proposition which met our wishes to lead a greener lifestyle.
The construction of our home enables our heating bill to average between £100-£120 per month. We don’t feel the need to have the heating on for long periods of time or on a high setting, the only time we change the setting is when we are away and we use the ‘holiday mode’.
To date, we have been very pleased with both the build quality of the house and the fixtures and fittings.

Three years ago we were looking for one floor living and discovered “Arbor Living”. The benefits of an Eco Build, along with all the amenities, appliances, sense of community and security it provided, totally fitted our remit for all our future requirements, and some.
Purchasing a brand-new property to suit us along with no maintenance, gave us peace of mind too. Fitted with a Heat Pump and Air Flow System, Triple Glazing, Eco Water saving system, Landscaped Gardens and Electronic Gate Security. All finishes were executed to an extremely high standard. The heat Pump provides a constant temperature, adjustable at any time to suit, and the air flow system purifies the air and drastically reduces dust levels to a bare minimum. All of our utility outgoings have reduced considerably too.
Living in a relatively small, quiet, residential, gated community for us, is truly luxury one floor living. Secure, with all our needs accommodated, along with the indulgence of small community living.
As a company “Arbor Living” are excellent. Throughout our build they were personable, reliable, amenable, always contactable, and accommodating in every way possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Arbor are still always contactable either online or directly by telephone should we ever have any questions or enquiries. Something not always readily available after completion on other builds. We would highly recommend Arbor to anybody who may be considering purchasing an Arbor property in the future.
